? URGENT HIRING – HOLLOWCORE ENGINEER | KUWAIT ?
A leading precast concrete company in Kuwait is urgently looking for an experienced Hollowcore Engineer for their production plant.
? Direct Client – Face to Face Interview
? Position: Hollowcore Engineer
? Job Location: Kuwait
? Qualification: Diploma / BE – Civil / Structural
? Experience: 5–10 Years
? Salary: Best in the Industry
? Valid Passport: Mandatory
? Candidate Profile:
? 5–10 years of experience in hollowcore slab production in a precast concrete plant
? Hands-on experience with hollowcore machines (Extruder / Slip-Former)
? Strong knowledge of prestressing systems, concrete technology & curing methods
? GCC experience preferred
? Ability to read and interpret structural, shop & production drawings
? Strong leadership, planning & coordination skills
? High focus on safety, quality & productivity
? Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production of hollowcore slabs (Extrusion / Slip-Form systems)
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications & method statements
- Monitor mix design, prestressing, casting, curing, cutting & finishing processes
- Coordinate strand installation, tensioning & release operations
- Ensure dimensional accuracy, camber control & slab integrity
- Coordinate with QA/QC for inspections & documentation
- Plan production schedules with planning & logistics teams
- Monitor equipment performance & coordinate maintenance activities
- Control material consumption & minimize wastage
- Enforce strict HSE standards within production area
- Prepare daily & weekly production & productivity reports
