? URGENT HIRING – ERECTION ENGINEER (PRECAST) | KUWAIT ?

A leading construction company in Kuwait is urgently hiring an experienced Erection Engineer (Precast) for large-scale projects. Direct client interview – Face to Face!

? Position: Erection Engineer (Precast)

? Location: Kuwait

? Qualification: BE – Civil

? Experience: Minimum 5+ Years

? Salary: Best in the Industry

? Valid Passport: Mandatory

? Key Requirements:

? Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in precast concrete erection (large-scale projects preferred)
? Strong knowledge of precast elements, lifting methods & installation techniques
? Proficiency in reading structural & erection drawings, CAD models
? Familiarity with safety regulations, risk assessments & site management protocols
? Experience handling precast erection tools & machinery
? Strong leadership, coordination & problem-solving skills
? Ability to work under pressure & meet project deadlines

? Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize & supervise precast concrete erection activities
  • Review structural and erection drawings for proper execution
  • Coordinate with project managers, site engineers & contractors
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards & quality procedures
  • Conduct site inspections for installation accuracy & structural integrity
  • Resolve technical erection-related challenges
  • Manage and guide erection teams (riggers, operators & site staff)
  • Prepare daily, weekly & monthly progress reports
  • Maintain erection tools, equipment & machinery
  • Collaborate with design & production teams to optimize erection sequences
