J.D - Site engineer ( Budget 3500-4500) Exp in Qatar Mandatory
MAIN ROLE:

Prepare documentation, BOQs, measurements, and support the foreman.

ESTIMATION & QUOTATION SUPPORT:

Prepare quantity take-off from drawings

Assist in pricing BOQs (shuttering, steel, excavation, pipework)

Send you material/labor requirements

Prepare professional quotation sheets

Prepare rate build-up sheets (if needed)

(You + ChatGPT handle final pricing strategy)

SITE ENGINEERING TASKS:

Prepare daily/weekly progress reports

Measure work completed (m² shuttering, m² steel, m³ backfill, pipe meters)

Submit these to client engineer when needed

Maintain drawings and ensure work matches the latest revision

Assist in inspection requests (IRs) and work approvals

COORDINATION:

Act as communication link between:

Your foreman

Main contractor engineer

Site office

Follow up on inspection approvals

Follow up on site access issues

Follow up on materials from main contractor

ADMIN & TECHNICAL SUPPORT:

Prepare timesheets & manpower logs

Update project schedule

Prepare simple method statements (with AI help)

Prepare monthly billing quantities
