Heavy Equipment Mechanic:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy equipment and machinery
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on excavators, loaders, bulldozers, cranes, forklifts, and other construction equipment
- Troubleshoot hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
- Inspect engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, braking systems, and undercarriage components
- Conduct engine overhauling, component replacement, and mechanical repairs as required
- Read and interpret equipment manuals, technical drawings, and maintenance specifications
- Carry out regular inspections to identify potential equipment failures
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities
Pressure Pumping Supervisor:
- Supervise and coordinate pressure pumping operations at well sites
- Plan and execute pressure pumping activities in accordance with approved procedures and client requirements
- Operate and monitor high-pressure fluid pumps, nitrogen pumping systems, and related equipment
- Monitor real-time pumping parameters including pressure, rate, density, and volumes
- Ensure proper rig-up and rig-down of pressure pumping equipment
- Conduct equipment checks and ensure operational readiness before starting jobs
- Coordinate with client representatives, drilling/well intervention teams, and other service providers
- Lead pre-job safety meetings, toolbox talks, hazard identification, and risk assessments
- Monitor job execution and take appropriate operational decisions when required
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards, company procedures, and client requirements
Mechanical Engineer: Metal Fabrication:
- Manage and supervise mechanical design and metal fabrication activities
- Prepare and review fabrication drawings, layouts, and technical documentation
- Plan fabrication activities, manpower, materials, equipment, and production schedules
- Review engineering drawings and ensure fabrication is carried out according to specifications
- Coordinate with design, production, welding, QC, and project teams
- Supervise fabrication of structural and mechanical components
- Ensure proper selection and utilization of materials, welding processes, and fabrication methods
- Monitor fabrication quality, dimensions, tolerances, and workmanship
- Coordinate inspection and testing activities with the QC/QA team
