SMART ENTERPRISES APPROVED BY MINISTRY OF EXTERNAL AFFAIRS RA 9092 Your Global Career Partner URGENT S-PASS JOB OPPORTUNITY SINGAPORE M&E COORDINATOR HDB PROJECT POSITION: Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Coordinator PROJECT: HDB HDB PROJECT EXPERIENCE: MANDATORY AUTO CAD: Must be able to use AutoCAD SALARY SGD $4,000 – $5,000 Decided in Interview (Based on Experience) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Coordinate M&E works with architectural, structural and civil works. 2. Review and coordinate M&E shop drawings and approved construction drawings. 3. Monitor M&E installation works and ensure compliance with project specifications. 4. Coordinate M&E subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and site teams. 5. Identify and resolve M&E clashes and site coordination issues. 6. Follow up on material submissions, approvals and deliveries. 7. Coordinate testing and commissioning of M&E systems. 8. Conduct site inspections and ensure proper quality and workmanship. 9. Monitor M&E progress and provide updates to the Project Manager. 10. Coordinate as-built drawings, documentation, defect rectification and final handover. IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS - Singapore HDB Project Experience is MANDATORY. - Candidates without HDB project experience will NOT BE CONSIDERED. - AutoCAD knowledge is required for this position.
