Must be able to use AutoCAD. Able to read and understand architectural/construction drawings. Experience coordinating with M&E, structural and civil teams. Able to coordinate subcontractors, consultants and site teams. Good communication and site coordination skills. IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS: Singapore HDB project experience is mandatory. Candidates without HDB project experience will NOT BE CONSIDERED. AutoCAD knowledge is required for BOTH POSITIONS.
