Overall experience should be 8 years or above. 2. Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in SS/CRA/INCONEL welding using ER NiCrMo-3 and E-NiCrMo-3, including purging. 3. Experience in CRA cladding will be an added advantage. 4. ADNOC project experience / Gulf experience is preferred. 5. ECNR / ECR both acceptable.
