Job Description
Help Desk Operator: Answer customer calls, log complaints in CAFM, and forward to supervisors on time. Track complaint closures and prepare trend/analysis reports for management.
Chiller Operator: Operate and maintain district cooling plant (4x2,500TR chillers, 10,000TR total expandable to 25,000TR) with cooling towers, pumps, and electrical systems. Cover full O&M (repairs, monitoring, servicing) plus 4.5km underground chilled water network with leak detection.
