Kerala Cook (Commi I / Commi II) Salary: Negotiable Experience specializing in authentic Kerala cuisine, especially Onam Sadya Strong knowledge of preparing Kerala dishes in bulk food production Experience in large-scale catering operations Food preparation for approximately 3,000 employees 2. Parotta Maker Salary: AED 1,600–1,800 Experience: 5–6 years in making parottas Must be able to make 1,000 parottas per day Age Limit: Below 40 years 3.
