Electrical Generator Supervisor

Position: Jr. Electrical Supervisor Location: Oman Employment Type: Permanent Industry: Power Generation / Diesel Generator Maintenance Salary & Benefits • Basic Salary: OMR 250–270 per month • Variable Allowance: OMR 20 per month • Site Allowance: OMR 30 per month • Bachelor Accommodation • Transportation • Medical Coverage • 1 Month Paid Annual Leave with Air Ticket upon completion of 1 year • Gratuity Qualification & Experience • Education: 3-Year Diploma in Electrical Engineering • Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Cummins diesel generators • Strong practical knowledge of Cummins diesel engines and generator sets • Experience in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and fault diagnosis Key Responsibilities • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Cummins diesel engines and generator sets. • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with manufacturer standards and recommended procedures. • Identify and rectify electrical, mechanical, and operational faults in generator systems. • Use Cummins diagnostic tools and software, including INSITE, InPower, and other relevant diagnostic systems, for fault identification and troubleshooting. • Conduct inspections and testing to ensure reliable and efficient generator operation. • Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, faults, repairs, and equipment performance. • Follow all applicable HSE procedures and site safety requirements while carrying out maintenance activities. • Coordinate with senior supervisors and maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of assigned work.
