Overview: Hiring for Camp Boss position in Oman with 5-6 years of experience required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage worker accommodation and camp operations
• Supervise housekeeping, catering and hygiene
• Handle room allocation, records and inventory
• Coordinate maintenance, transport and security
• Manage worker welfare and complaints
• Ensure water, electricity and essential facilities
• Conduct camp inspections and HSE compliance
• Coordinate with HR, Admin and Site teams
• Handle emergencies and daily camp issues
