## JOB DESCRIPTION – SWEET & KARAM MASTER **Position:** Sweet & Karam Master **Location:** Singapore **Pass Type:** NTS / S Pass / E Pass **Preferred DOB:** 1985 – May 1998 ### Salary & Benefits * **Salary:** SGD 1,300/month * **Accommodation:** Provided * **Food:** Provided * **Working Hours:** 12 hours daily * **Monthly Off:** 2 days ### Job Responsibilities * Prepare a variety of traditional Indian sweets and karam/snack items. * Handle the complete sweet and karam-making process. * Maintain consistent taste, quality, hygiene, and presentation. * Follow recipes and production standards accurately. * Manage food preparation and production efficiently. * Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients. * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen/production area. ### Candidate Requirements * **Relevant Sweet & Karam making experience is mandatory.** * Strong practical knowledge of traditional Indian sweets and karam/snacks. * Able to work independently with minimum supervision. * Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety. * Candidates with only relevant experience will be considered. * **No irrelevant profiles.** ### Employment Opportunity Opportunity to work in the **F&B / Food Production industry in Singapore** with accommodation and food provided.
