Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Production Coordinator to oversee and coordinate day-to-day production activities, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and according to quality standards. The ideal candidate should have experience in signage manufacturing, fabrication, metal works, or similar project-based production environments.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily production activities and workflow.
Plan and monitor fabrication, assembly, finishing, and installation support activities.
Coordinate with production teams, engineers, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor production schedules, materials, manpower, and project progress.
Ensure work is completed according to required quality and safety standards.
Identify production issues and coordinate solutions to minimize delays and wastage.
Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
Support continuous improvement and efficient production processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in Production Engineering or Manufacturing Operations.
Proven experience in signage manufacturing, fabrication, metal works, or project-based production.
Experience in fabrication, assembly, finishing, and installation support.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Production Planning is an added advantage.
Good communication, coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
