Ammonia Refrigeration & Glycol System Technician

Join Al Rashed Food Manufacturing Company as an Ammonia Refrigeration & Glycol System Technician in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves operating, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing industrial ammonia refrigeration systems and glycol chilled-water cooling systems used in food processing facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair industrial ammonia refrigeration (NH₃) systems
• Maintain refrigeration systems used for glycol and chilled-water cooling
• Work on ammonia compressors, including reciprocating and/or screw-type compressors
• Maintain and troubleshoot evaporative condensers and plate heat exchangers
• Maintain pumps, valves, pressure vessels and refrigeration piping systems
• Maintain glycol circulation pumps and expansion tanks
• Monitor and maintain ammonia pressures, temperatures, glycol concentration, glycol circulation and chilled-water temperatures
• Diagnose and troubleshoot refrigeration, electrical and mechanical faults
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
• Read and understand P&IDs, refrigeration drawings and equipment manuals
• Maintain maintenance documentation, work orders and spare-parts records
