Senior Facade Designer – Aluminium & Glass Systems

Lead the design and development of facade systems including curtain walls, unitized systems, structural glazing, ACP cladding, skylights, and bespoke architectural features. Oversee the preparation of concept designs, shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and detailed installation drawings. Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure design feasibility, compliance, and constructability. Conduct structural, thermal, and acoustic assessments and ensure that designs comply with local and international codes and standards. Review and approve the technical work of junior designers and provide guidance and mentoring. Coordinate with production and site teams to ensure smooth execution of facade designs during fabrication and installation. Lead design meetings, resolve complex technical issues, and liaise with clients for design approvals and modifications. Stay up-to-date with new materials, technologies, and facade system innovations.
