SMART ENTERPRISES APPROVED BY MINISTRY OF EXTERNAL AFFAIRS RA 9092 HOMETEL HOSPITALITY & MORE CO RIYADH, SAUDI ARABIA DEMI CHEF – BAKERY SALARY: SAR 2,000 – 3,000 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for receiving, storing and preparing any food items needed in kitchens. Preparation (mise en place) of all items as instructed by the Sous Chef and Chef de Partie. Cooking and plating of dishes in the assigned kitchen. Maintaining detailed knowledge of the menu, following department standards and recipes. Clean and maintain all equipment, countertops and shelves. Report any areas and equipment in need of a work order. Assist Sous Chef and Chef de Partie as required. REQUIREMENTS Diploma required. Minimum 4–5 years of experience in the same field. Preferably in a five-star property. Good spoken English and well-presented appearance required.
