SMART ENTERPRISES APPROVED BY MINISTRY OF EXTERNAL AFFAIRS RA 9092 HIRING FOR HOMETEL HOSPITALITY & MORE CO RIYADH, SAUDI ARABIA DEMI CHEF – HOT Salary: SAR 2,000 – 3,000 JOB REQUIREMENTS Diploma required. Minimum 4–5 years of experience in the same field. Responsible for receiving, storing and preparing any food items needed in kitchens. Preparation (mise en place) of all items as instructed by the Sous Chef and Chef de Partie. Cooking and plating of dishes in the assigned kitchen. Maintaining detailed knowledge of the menu, following department standards and recipes. Clean and maintain all equipment, countertops and shelves. Report any areas and equipment in need of a work order. Assist Sous Chef and Chef de Partie as required. Preferably in a five-star property. Good spoken English and well-presented appearance required. TERMS & CONDITIONS 08 hours duty / 6 days a week. Accommodation and transportation provided by the company. Free Iqama + medical insurance provided by the company. 2-year renewable contract.
