Minimum 4–5 years of experience in the same field. Provides and maintains high-quality standards and procedures in preparing and serving all banquet food, hot and cold. Responsible for overall banquet food operation to ensure quality and quantity. Responsible for cost control and menu planning along with the Executive Chef. Typically reports to the Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef.
