# STEEL ERECTION FOREMAN – JOB DESCRIPTION ### Position **Steel Erection Foreman** ### Location **Cyprus** ### Salary **EUR 1,300 Net per Month** ### Selection Mode **Online Interview** ### Experience & Qualification * **ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Structural Steel, Welding, or a related trade** preferred. * **5–8 years of experience** in structural steel erection. * Minimum **2–3 years of experience as a Steel Erection Foreman / Supervisor**. * Strong experience in supervising and coordinating **steel erection activities**. * **GCC experience is mandatory.** ### Job Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate **structural steel erection activities at construction sites**. * Manage and guide **erection crews, rigging teams, and helpers**. * Interpret and work according to **structural drawings and technical specifications**. * Ensure proper **installation, positioning, and alignment of steel structures**. * Plan and monitor daily work progress and manpower deployment. * Coordinate with **site engineers, contractors, and other departments**. * Ensure proper use of **tools, equipment, lifting gear, and materials**. * Ensure all erection work is carried out safely and according to approved drawings and specifications. * Maintain required **safety and quality standards** throughout the project. ### Terms & Conditions * **Gender:** Male * **Accommodation:** Provided by the Company *(10% deduction in salary)* * **Transportation:** Provided by the Company * **Duty:** 8 Hours per Day * **Working Days:** 6 Days per Week * **Insurance / Medical:** Provided by the Company * **Contract Period:** 2 Years, Renewable * **Leave:** 21 Days Paid Leave ### Important Notes * Candidates must have **good command of the English language**. * **Medical expenses in India will be borne by the candidates.** * **GCC experience is mandatory.**
