# STEEL FABRICATION FOREMAN – JOB DESCRIPTION ### Position **Steel Fabrication Foreman** ### Location **Cyprus** ### Salary **EUR 1,300 Net per Month** ### Selection Mode **Online Interview** ### Experience & Qualification * **ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Fabrication, Welding, or a related technical trade** preferred. * **5–8 years of relevant experience** in steel fabrication. * Experience preferably in **structural steel projects**. * Minimum **2–3 years of experience as a Foreman or in a supervisory position**. * **GCC experience is mandatory.** ### Job Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate **steel fabrication activities**. * Manage and guide fabrication teams to ensure smooth workflow. * Ensure all fabrication work is completed **safely and efficiently**. * Ensure work is carried out according to **approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules**. * Coordinate fabrication activities and monitor work progress. * Ensure proper quality standards are maintained throughout the fabrication process. * Coordinate with workers and supervisors to complete assigned work within the required timeline. * Ensure compliance with **workplace safety procedures**. * Check fabricated steel components for quality and accuracy before further processing or erection. ### Terms & Conditions * **Gender:** Male * **Accommodation:** Provided by the Company *(10% deduction in salary)* * **Transportation:** Provided by the Company * **Duty:** 8 Hours per Day * **Working Days:** 6 Days per Week * **Insurance / Medical:** Provided by the Company * **Contract Period:** 2 Years, Renewable * **Leave:** 21 Days Paid Leave ### Important Notes * Candidates must have **good command of the English language**. * **Medical expenses in India will be borne by the candidates.** * **GCC experience is mandatory.**
