URGENT REQUIREMENT FOR LEADING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY IN OMAN

SR ESTIMATION/PROPOSAL ENGINEER–05 NOS  Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering  Minimum 8 – 12 yrs experience  The ideal candidate must have mixed experience in both proposal and estimation  Must have experience in CANDY software  Road infrastructure or heavy Earthworks/Mining experience  Familiarity with Omani construction market, cost structures, and local suppliers/subcontractors  Strong Knowledge of estimation software, pricing methodologies, and market rate analysis  Proficiency in MS Excel, Auto CAD, and Primavera (for BOQ/time correlation)  Excellent analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills  Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
