NSH UAE Position - Senior Quantity Surveyor – Civil (2) UPTO 10000 AED Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying. Experience: 8 – 12 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas / EPC / Construction sector, with strong experience in quantity surveying and commercial management. Mandatory Requirements: Proven experience in Civil and Infrastructure works, preferably in Oil & Gas projects. Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, measurement, valuation and cost control. Experience in contract administration, variations, claims and subcontractor management. Ability to review drawings, specifications, BOQs and contractual documents. Strong knowledge of FIDIC / EPC contracts and commercial practices. Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD and relevant quantity surveying software. Experience in handling large-scale Oil & Gas projects. Prior experience with ADNOC projects is highly preferred. Compensation: Up to AED 10,000.00/- along with company-provided food, accommodation, transportation, medical insurance, and an air ticket upon completion of two years of service. Other Terms and Conditions: 1. Free food, shared accommodation & transportation provided by the company. 2. Contract Period: 2 Years. 3. Candidate Age must be below 45 Years.
