Freshers will not be accepted. REQUIREMENTS Previous butcher/meat-cutting experience is mandatory. Experience cutting chicken, pork, beef and mutton preferred. Machine meat-cutting experience required. Machine meat-cutting video required for assessment. Physically fit and able to handle approximately 25 kg of frozen/refrigerated meat. Fluent in English. Good communication skills and friendly service attitude. Able to work weekends and public holidays. Candidates without relevant experience will not be accepted. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Cutting, trimming and portioning meat. Operating meat-cutting machines. Packaging and preparing meat products. Cutting and handling chicken, pork, beef and mutton. Handling meat according to customer requirements. Replenishing refrigerated and frozen food supplies. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the work area. Cleaning and maintaining meat-cutting equipment. Following food safety and hygiene standards.
