Planning Engineer O2
Age 27-35 years 3- 7 years of working experience in a similar planning role specifically within Villas or High-Rise Building Projects. Educational Qualification Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. Language Proficiency Good command of both English and Hindi
Salary Range BD 400- 500
Key Knowledge Areas & Responsibilities • Proficiency in developing and updating baseline schedules, Work Breakdown Structures and master construction programs.
* Strong understanding of the Critical Path Method and resource loading/leveling techniques.
* Ability to track actual site progress against the baseline schedule, identify variances, and analyze delays.
Quantity Surveyor 02
Strictly from a construction background. Age: 25 to 30 years Indian, Sri Lankan
2 to 5 years of working experience in a similar Quantity Surveying role. Salary: BD 400 to 500.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying. Good command of both English and Hindi (Spoken and Written). Key Knowledge Areas & Responsibilities: Proficiency in preparing accurate cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and cost plans from architectural and structural drawings.
Admin Purchaser 02
Background Strictly from a Construction background Age 25 to 35 years
Experience 2 to 3 years of working experience in a similar role or as an Administrator
Good Knowledge about the Market & suppliers. Salary Range BD 250-350
Educational Qualification Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or a related field
Key Knowledge Areas & Responsibilities • Solid understanding of end-to-end procurement cycles, from receiving purchase requisitions to placing purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
* Familiarity with sourcing construction materials, tools, equipment, and consumables specific to building projects.
MEP Supervisor 02
Strictly from a Construction background Sourced from GCC / 30 to 35 years
3- 5 years of working experience in a similar MEP supervisor role specifically within Villas or High-Rise Building Projects. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
Salary: BD 250-350 Good command of both English and Hindi (Spoken and Written)
Comprehensive technical knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing installation, testing, and commissioning procedures specifically for Villas and High-Rise Buildings.
