Install and adjust film rolls, zipper systems, cutting units, and sealing components. Configure machine settings depending on material type and product requirements. Education & experience required Technical secondary education (mechanics, automation, printing, or similar). Basic understanding of flexible packaging production is an advantage. Experience as a machine operator in manufacturing or packaging environment. Experience with pouch bag making machines is an advantage.
