Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items as per company recipes and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in the kitchen
• Set up kitchen stations and ensure equipment is ready for operations
• Monitor stock levels and report low inventory
• Follow FIFO, portion control, and company SOPs
• Work with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service
• Assist in reducing food waste and maintaining operational efficiency
• Perform cleaning and basic maintenance duties as assigned
