Sales Associate

Sales Associate position for Arabic Sweets & Arabic Coffee retail stores in Kuwait. Responsibilities include welcoming customers and providing outstanding customer service, inviting customers to taste Arabic sweets and coffee to promote products, recommending products based on customer preferences to convert inquiries into sales, operating cashier/POS systems accurately, arranging and displaying products to maintain attractive sales areas, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, monitoring stock levels and reporting inventory issues, meeting daily and monthly sales targets, building positive customer relationships, promoting company offers and seasonal products, assisting with deliveries and inventory management, and performing other store-related duties as assigned.
