BMS Supervisor

Overview: Urgently hiring BMS Supervisor for Saudi Arabia with mandatory Gulf experience. Contract duration: 1 year. Salary: 6000 SAR with food included. Accommodation and transportation will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage Building Management System (BMS) operations and maintenance
• Monitor and control HVAC, Lighting, Electrical, Fire Alarm, Access Control, and other building systems
• Ensure all BMS equipment and systems are functioning efficiently and alarms are resolved promptly
• Coordinate with facility management and vendors for preventive and corrective maintenance
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on system performance and energy efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and client requirements
• Train and guide BMS operators and technical staff
• Respond to system alarms and attend to emergencies
