Plan and supervise daily carpentry workshop operations. Allocate work to carpenters, machine operators, and helpers based on production priorities. Ensure production targets and delivery schedules are achieved. Review shop drawings, cutting lists, and production schedules before commencing work. Monitor work progress and resolve production issues promptly. Coordinate with the Project, Planning, and Procurement departments to ensure smooth workflow. Conduct inspections at various stages of production. Minimize rework through effective supervision and quality checks. Ensure proper finishing and workmanship before dispatch. Ensure efficient utilization of materials and minimize wastage.
