IT Engineer - Tendering & Supply Chain

Oil, Gas, Energy & Infrastructure: Large contractor groups utilize techno-commercial IT engineers to manage digital procurement portals, evaluate technical vendor bids, and run automated contract lifecycle management.

Core Responsibilities:

• E-Tendering & Bid Management: Preparing technical proposals, cost estimates, and digital tender documentation
• ERP & SCM Systems: Configuring and optimizing modules in SAP, Oracle, or related procurement software to track inventory and vendor quotes
• Vendor & Contract Evaluation: Bridging the gap between technical requirements and commercial procurement negotiation
