Direct crew: Guide construction workers, craftspeople, and subcontractors on-site.
Read blueprints: Follow project drawings, designs, and technical specifications for excavation, steel fixing, and concrete work.
Assign tasks: Give daily jobs to team members based on their skills and project needs.
