Quantity Surveyor - Infrastructure Projects

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor with 5–10 years of experience in infrastructure projects to manage quantity measurement, cost estimation, contract administration, valuation of works, variations, and final accounts. The role supports effective cost control and commercial management throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, and rate analyses
• Measure and value completed works for interim payment applications
• Monitor project costs and prepare commercial reports
• Evaluate and quantify variations, change orders, and claims
• Review and certify subcontractor and supplier payment applications
• Assist in tendering, procurement, and subcontract administration
• Maintain measurement, valuation, and contractual records
• Prepare and agree final accounts with clients and subcontractors
