Requirement for Oman

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. 3–8 years of experience in Billing & BOQ for construction, portacabin, modular building, or MEP projects. Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and billing procedures. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and ERP/Construction Management Software. Familiarity with contract documents and project specifications. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
