PLANT MANAGER Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial or related discipline) Minimum 8+ years of exp in processing / utilities/maintenance within food manufacturing Seafood plants Strong hands-on experience in industrial utilities systems (refrigeration, boilers, compressors, water systems) Proven exp in managing maintenance teams and plant operations Exp in seafood processing plant engineering and maintenance. Knowledge of Lean, TPM, or Six Sigma methodologies Familiarity with SAP PM or similar maintenance systems SENIOR TEAM MANAGER Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial or related discipline) 5–7 years' experience in engineering maintenance processing / utilities within a food processing or similar industrial environment. Multi-skilled experience across mechanical and electrical maintenance disciplines. Experience in seafood processing plant engineering and maintenance. Knowledge of refrigeration and cold chain systems. QA MANAGER Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Quality Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 4 yrs of Quality Assurance exp within seafood, food manufacturing, FMCG, or processing industries. Knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC, GMP, and food safety systems. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality reporting systems. Experience in seafood processing operations. Internal Auditor certification and experience with customer or regulatory audit MAINTENANCE PLANNER 'Bachelor's Degree Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Maintenance Engineering. Minimum 4 years of maintenance planning experience in seafood, food manufacturing, FMCG, or processing industries. Experience with CMMS/SAP PM and maintenance scheduling. Good knowledge of preventive maintenance, spare parts planning, and reliability practices. Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills. Experience within a seafood or food processing plant. Knowledge of refrigeration systems, utilities, and automated processing equipment. TRAINING OFFICER 'Diploma graduate.2 years of experience in admin/ HR/ training/ education. Good written & spoken English
