MULTI TECHNICIAN

Diploma, ITI, or Technical Certification in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or a related trade. Minimum 2–5 years of experience in building or facility maintenance. Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance works. Basic understanding of HVAC systems is an advantage. Ability to read technical drawings and maintenance manuals. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and emergency call-outs when required.
