URGENT REQUIREMENTS FOR SAUDI ARABIA

LAB & QUALITY FOOD TECHNOLOGIST (Liquid Egg Factory)

Job Details

  • Location: Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia

  • Salary Package: SAR 4500 – 5500

  • Accommodation: Provided

  • Transportation: Provided

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct microbiological & chemical testing (Salmonella, TPC, pH, Viscosity)

  • Monitor pasteurization parameters & CCPs

  • Implement & maintain HACCP, GMP & SSOPs

  • Verify raw egg & packaging material quality

  • Manage shelf-life studies & product validation

  • Support customer & regulatory audits

  • Investigate quality deviations & corrective actions

  • Product development activities

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Science or Microbiology

  • 8+ Years Experience in Food Processing QA (Egg/Dairy Preferred)

  • Strong Knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 & BRC

  • Supplier Audit & Internal Audit Experience

  • Staff Training & Documentation Skills

  • Strong Attention to Detail & Compliance Mindset

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

  • Audit Compliance Score

  • Non-Conformance Rate

  • Product Rejection / Recall Incidents

  • Lab Test Turnaround Time
