FREE REQUIREMENT FOR QATAR LONG TERM PROJECT

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead E&I QA/QC activities for Maintenance, Construction, and Turnaround projects.
• Prepare, implement, and update Quality Plans, ITPs, and QA/QC procedures.
• Supervise QA/QC Inspectors and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 / 14001 standards.
• Manage NCRs, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and drive “First Time Right / No Defects” initiatives.
• Monitor, define, and report QA/QC statistics and KPIs.
• Conduct QA/QC and HSSE audits on-site.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation in AIMS or AVEVA systems.
• Participate in toolbox talks and support continuous quality improvement.
• Qualifications & Experience
• Degree / Diploma in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.
• 10+ years of E&I QA/QC experience in Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, or Power sectors.
• Minimum 3 years as QA/QC Lead and 5 years as QC Inspector.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 / 14001, IEC standards, drawings, and permit-to-work systems.
• Experience with NCR management, RCA, KPI tracking, and QA/QC audits.
• CompEx certified (or must obtain within 3 months).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CMMS tools.
• Good communication skills in English (IELTS Level 7 equivalent).
• Qatari Driving License preferred (or to be obtained within 3 months).
