DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, monitor, and manage daily garment production activities to meet delivery schedules.
• Supervise cutting, sewing, finishing, packing, and dispatch operations.
• Optimize production efficiency, resource utilization, and workforce productivity.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and implement corrective actions to reduce defects.
• Lead production teams, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure workplace safety, cost control, and timely production reporting.

REQUIREMENTS

? Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Garment/Apparel Manufacturing.
? Strong knowledge of production planning, factory operations, and team management.
? Experience in quality control, productivity improvement, and cost optimization.
? Good command of English and leadership skills.
