Requirements:

• Indian Nationality
• Age: 22–45 Years
• Plumbers & Multi Tech – Civil: Below 40 Years Preferred
• Facilities Management (FM) or Large-Scale Maintenance Experience Required
• GCC Construction Experience Not Accepted

Special Requirements:

MEP Supervisors

• UAE Facilities Management Experience Mandatory
• Local India Experience Not Accepted

BMS Operators

• GCC Facilities Management/Maintenance Experience Preferred
• Home Country Experience in Large Facilities such as Hotels, Malls, or Hospitals Also Accepted

A/C Technicians

• Experience in Chilled Water Systems, Package Units, VRF, or VAV Systems Required
• Window A/C and Split A/C Experience Not Accepted

Educational Requirements:

• Diploma Preferred
• Technical Trade Certificate (Minimum 1 Year) Accepted for Technical Positions
• Qualification Requirement Not Mandatory for Civil Roles (Plumber & Multi Tech – Civil)
