? Experience: 8–10 Years (GCC experience preferred)

? Qualification:
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Geospatial Engineering
• Surveying / GIS certification is an added advantage

? Technical Exposure (Preferred):
• AutoCAD
• Civil 3D
• Topographic Survey
• Road Design
• Utility / Pipeline Design
• GIS Applications
• Survey Software

? Key Skills:
• Excellent communication, negotiation & closing skills
• Strong client relationship management
• Professional attitude and executive presence
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
• Experience in handling high-value projects

? Key Responsibilities:
• Generate business leads and manage client relationships
• Interact with decision-makers and close deals
• Handle inquiries related to topographic survey & geospatial services
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Prepare proposals and follow up with clients
• Maintain CRM and ensure effective follow-ups
