Main Responsibilities
A Safety Officer at NSH is generally expected to:
-
Implement and monitor HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies
-
Conduct daily site safety inspections and audits
-
Identify hazards and perform risk assessments
-
Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco / SABIC / international safety standards
-
Conduct toolbox talks and safety inductions
-
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses
-
Prepare safety reports and documentation
-
Monitor PPE compliance and safe work practices
-
Coordinate emergency response procedures
-
Promote a strong safety culture among workers and supervisors
Required Qualifications
Typical qualifications include:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (any engineering field preferred Mechanical)
