Job Description:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, MBA candidate will be preferred

• 10-15 years experience in ID / fit-outs works with at least 5 years in management roles

• Hotel and Mixed used development experience is highly desirable

• Thorough understanding of MEP installation inside the building envelope

• Strong understanding of handover activities and procedures

QUANTITY SURVEYORS - POST CONTRACT

Job Description:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or equivalent

• 8-12 years of Previous experience in the infrastructure / building construction industry

• Familiarity with forms of contract

• Adequate experience in commercial management and procurement of subcontractors, certificates and accruals calculations

• Good knowledge of monthly reporting and earned value analysis

• Adaptability to work to tight deadlines

QUANTITY SURVEYORS - PRE CONTRACT

Job Description:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or equivalent

• 8-12 years of Previous experience in the building construction industry

• Familiarity with method of measurements

• Adequate experience in commercial management and procurement of subcontractors

• Knowledge on all facets of pre award activities.
