ESPONSIBILITIES AS MACHINIST

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conventional Lathe Operator, Milling Machine Operator, Vertical Boring (VTL) Operator

Perform machining of all type Valve bodies, Adaptors and other valve parts.

Perform precision machining for special applications as per drawings.

Able to make hand sketches of jobs performed in machine log book.

Make suitable fixtures for different type of jobs.

Use various measuring instruments precisely

Perform tool grinding and selection of proper tools for different jobs / materials

Work under pressure to achieve targets and production requirements.

Follow Company HSE Policy

Conventional Lathe Operator, Milling Machine Operator, Vertical Boring (VTL) Operator

Perform machining of all type Valve bodies, Adaptors and other valve parts.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: -

· Experience in machining of Valve parts of Ball valve, Gate valve, Globe valve etc

· Experience in valve repair machining. Experience in Tooling and Fixtures for various complicated jobs.

· Valve maintenance or manufacturing back ground preferred.

Basic salary Aed.1800 -2000 + Food Allowance Aed.425+ OT+ Transportation+ Accommodation.
