Job Title	Recruitment Specialist
Salary:	Aed 7,000 -8,000 pm
Location: -	Head Office, Dubai. UAE
Job Profile
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment of the company Forecast hiring needs and identify staffing by department/ country. Design job descriptions and questionnaires for each position’s requirements Ensuring the company attracts, hires and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline Source potential candidates using appropriate recruitment sources such as job portals, social media platforms, referrals, LinkedIn, professional networks, internships, university recruitments, etc. Screen and Filter job applications and schedule in-person/ online/ telephonic interviews. Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills and experiences. Design and implement overall recruitment strategies
Experience & Skills
+3 years’ relevant experience as a Recruiter for a company or a staffing agency Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field Strong understanding of the local GCC recruitment market Open to travel to multiple countries as needed Able to Multi-task and work independently with a sense of urgency Result oriented with an ability to work under pressure. Exceptional time management and organizational skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Preference to Candidates who can join immediately
