High school (Year 12) minimum; Diploma/Graduate preferable
2-3 years of Sales experience; occasional call by Head/Director based on inherent qualities.
Basic understanding of selling - product features/benefits.
Ability to negotiate and counter objections professionally and patiently.
Direct selling experience B2C (not showroom based – like Auto Loan and Mortgage profiles). Ideally from Banking Sales.
Good English Communication with Clarity in speech
