Risk Management Specialist
Duties and responsibilities
• Designing and implementing an overall risk management process for the organization, which includes an analysis of the financial impact on the company when risks occur
• Performing a risk assessment: Analyzing current risks and identifying potential risks that are affecting the company
• Performing a risk evaluation: Evaluating the company’s previous handling of risks, and comparing potential risks with criteria set out by the company such as costs and legal requirements
• Managing frequent, ad hoc requests from the business for advice/assistance regarding controls and compliance.
• Leading compliance training programs for function, including training of compliance personnel and/or function teams as needed to ensure compliance.
• Preparing and delivering presentations communicating risks mitigated, and the potential impacts of unmitigated.
• Supporting audit groups including Internal and External Audit in planning and completing their audit engagements.
• Lead risk planning sessions, workshops, and periodic reviews
• Create and maintain the risk register, including response plans and actions
• Devise systems and processes to monitor validity of risk modeling outputs. Continuously improve process, training and documentation
Minimum Requirements:
• BS in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Math, or Information Systems with seven years of risk experience, preferably in the oil industry or similar process industry.
• Strong Knowledge of statistics, reporting and analytical tools. Experience in operational compliance, business controls or Finance.
• Experience interpreting and implementing policies and processes to ensure a strong control environment.
• Experience leveraging auditing principles and methods to evaluate policies, processes and systems to identify business risks and control gaps.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analytics and presentation.

Operation Excellence / Business Process Specialist
You will provide initiatives as well as setting priorities to promote and sustain operational excellence (OE) performance throughout the department among all process owners. You will provide solutions in all principles, methods. Candidate is expected to lead OE awareness, training, knowledge, and best practices shared across the department and other sister organizations. You will partake in problem-solving OE implementation problems and assess OE performance to assist the organization in achieving, sustaining, and leading performance in reliability and efficiency, while adhering to the highest standards for HSE in a cost-effective and profitable manner. Also, you will capture best excellence practices and share them across the corporate.

Minimum Requirements
As the successful candidate, you will have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, computer science, safety, management, environmental science, business, or a related field.
You will have a minimum of 10 years of work experience in a similar work environment.
You will also have a fundamental technical capacity of related ISO or EFQM, ISO Standards.

Duties and Responsibilities
You will be required to perform the following:

Engage in OE System Implementation and conduct benchmark internally and externally to identify OE performance targets, while working with management to develop plans and initiatives to promote and sustain targeted Saudi Aramco OE performance.

Candidate will help manage and deploy changes for OE model revisions and improvements, OE standards, procedures, processes, regulations, practices, and knowledge sharing across Saudi Aramco to achieve and sustain high OE performance in corporate focus areas.

Communicate and present regularly to Management (or at corporate level), OE strategies, directions, risks, opportunities, updates, revisions, and maintain and update the OE documents.

Prepare and coordinate staff schedules for assessments, develop and implement assessment plans, reports findings, lessons learned, and best practices, to instill them across the organization and project management administrative area.

Monitor OE implementation to identify OE performance gaps for focus areas and processes, and resolve overlap and conflict issues in OE processes implementation.

Analyze OE performance using statistical tools (Lean Six Sigma) to identify and prioritize OE implementation risks and gaps, and establish and follow up on mitigation measures to minimize risks and gaps.

Mentor and coach professionals and assessment teams as part of the development for OE subject matter experts, and contribute to the development and delivery of OE training.

• Prepares routine and/or non-routine reports. Uses computers routinely to assist in data manipulation.
• Provides on-the-job training to and evaluates the training performance of less qualified employees as required by his supervisor.
• Observes safety rules, takes action on hazards and reports these items to his unit supervisor.
• Nine (9) years industrial experience.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
• Valid driver's license

Safety Engineer

in the industry related to the position placement, e.g., marine, pipelines, power distribution.

E) Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (training/presentations/report writing). Ability to lead and direct teams and/or committees. Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Skilled in the standards, concepts, practices, and procedures within the health, safety and environmental fields. Ability to work at all levels within an organization and the ability to work in a diverse work group. Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills."


Field Compliance Coordinator

• work and evaluates actual performance against standards.


Sr. Mechanical Inspector
• BS Degree in Engineering.
• Work independently covering all aspects of Cathodic Protection Syst inspection, commissioning, CP rectifier periodic check at existing hydrocarbon Plants & remote desert oil & gas Wellheads, anode bed monitoring, storage tanks anode monitoring, solar power sys inspection, surveys of buried pipelines w/c traverse over steep & lengthy sand dunes, review engg design changes & new construction packages for CP installations.
• Inspect Elec Enclosures (junction box, panels etc.), conduits & cable trays, lighting sys & power receptacle outlets, motors and transformers, Sub-stations (Switchgears & Motor Control Center) grounding systems, switch racks and manholes/duct banks, battery racks/room.
• Conversant with standards and specifications.
Corrosion Control Engineer
• Design and implement biocide and other chemical treatment programs.
• Prepare programs/forecast for laboratory monitoring of various parameters in the injection water for monitoring/controlling corrosion. Review lab/other data & trends/charts them for system surveillance.
• Work on pipeline integrity management programs that include pipeline cleaning, coating, corrosion monitoring through weight loss coupons and other techniques.
• Expand the use of non-metallic in the seawater system.
• Conduct studies on issues related to corrosion control, equipment/piping failures investigation, etc.
• Review the inspection data and make corrosion control recommendations accordingly.
• Study piping loops and assign/review Condition Monitoring Locations (CMLs).
• Direct/assist inspection personnel to have a robust inspection program
