Must have car related working experience.
Manage Customer Complaints.
Manage staff ( Aprox 10-15 )
Daily operations of a carwash and car care station, ensure that qualityservices is provided to customers.
The supervisor is responsible for managing the staff,maintaining equipments and focusing health & safety protocols.
The supervisor also managingthe work schedule, training new staff and follow ups, evaluating performance.
Providingfeedbacks and helping resolve employee issues and disputes.
Over all responsibilities of a CarWash Supervisor.
