? Role Overview:

We are hiring an experienced Civil Engineer with strong expertise in Quality Control (QC) and Team Leadership for a leading modular construction manufacturing facility.

The candidate will be responsible for managing QC processes and supervising multiple construction trades including:
? Tiling
? Electrical
? Plumbing
? Gypsum / Drywall
? Welding & other related works

? Key Responsibilities:

? Lead and manage Quality Control (QC) processes
? Supervise and handle multi-trade production teams
? Ensure compliance with quality standards & engineering procedures
? Prepare reports, documentation & inspection records
? Monitor productivity, output quality & performance
? Manage manpower, shifts & workflow
? Coordinate with engineering & operations teams
? Maintain safety standards at workplace

? Mandatory Requirements:

? Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
? Strong knowledge of Quality Control processes
? Experience in industrial / modular construction environment
? Experience in documentation & reporting
? Team handling & manpower management experience
? Fluent English communication (must)
? Good Hindi communication skills
? Computer skills: MS Office & AutoCAD
? Valid driving license
? Married with children
? Overseas experience (mandatory)
