Job Description:

We are looking for experienced QC Welding Inspectors for a leading Oil & Gas project in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring welding quality, compliance with international standards, and inspection of structural components and land rigs.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform visual and dimensional inspection of welds and structural components.
Ensure all welding activities comply with project specifications and international standards .
Review and verify WPS, PQR, and welding procedures .
Conduct inspection activities in accordance with API standards (API 4F / API RP 4G) .
Monitor and inspect repair, refurbishment, modification, and upgrade activities .
Prepare and maintain inspection reports and documentation .
Coordinate with project teams to ensure quality compliance and timely completion .
Perform CAT III & CAT IV inspections of land rigs.

Requirements:

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 10+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector
CSWIP 3.1 or AWS Welding Inspector Certification (Mandatory)
Strong knowledge of welding inspection techniques and standards
Experience in land rig inspection and maintenance activities
Good communication and reporting skills
