1. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as an Equipment Operator (preferably in golf courses, landscaping, or turf management).
2. Experience with golf course machinery is highly preferred.
3. Basic understanding of turf maintenance practices.
4. Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
5. Able to speak fluent English (Mandatory).
6. Good personality and professional appearance (client-facing environment).
7. Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
